Jared Jacox
Executive Director, Texas Pulmonary Foundation
Jared has spent nearly two decades building and leading pulmonary rehabilitation infrastructure across the Houston area as CEO of Breathing Center of Houston. As Executive Director of Texas Pulmonary Foundation, he brings deep operational expertise in healthcare administration, business development, and mergers & acquisitions — and a long-standing commitment to expanding access to cardiopulmonary care across Texas.
Cody Jacox, PT, DPT
Founding Director, Institute for Cardiopulmonary Mobility
Cody is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and autonomic performance. As Clinic Director at Breathing Center of Houston and founder of Løft Physio, he brings a data-driven, systems-level approach to pulmonary care. At TPF, he serves as Founding Director of the Institute for Cardiopulmonary Mobility — a translational research initiative focused on movement science, autonomic function, and pulmonary rehabilitation outcomes.

Jared has served as Chairman of the Board since TPF's formation, providing strategic direction and governance oversight. He also serves as Executive Director of the Foundation and brings extensive healthcare operations experience and expertise in M&A, compliance, and organizational scaling to both roles.
Tyler Hatch
Board Member
Tyler is VP of Marketing at Breathing Center of Houston, where he has spent nearly a decade building relationships with referring providers and expanding awareness of pulmonary rehabilitation services across Greater Houston. He brings marketing strategy, community engagement, and a deep understanding of the pulmonary patient community to the TPF board.
Sean Hatch
Board Member
Sean serves as Chief Financial Officer at Breathing Center of Houston and brings financial leadership and operational oversight experience to the TPF Board of Directors.
Cody Jacox, PT, DPT
Board Member
Cody is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Clinic Director at Breathing Center of Houston. As Founding Director of the Institute for Cardiopulmonary Mobility — a research initiative operating under TPF — he bridges daily clinical practice with translational science to advance pulmonary rehabilitation outcomes.
