Who We Serve

TPF assistance is intended for individuals in Texas living with pulmonary disease who cannot afford pulmonary rehabilitation services. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We do not maintain rigid cutoff criteria. If you have a genuine need and cannot afford pulmonary rehab, we encourage you to reach out.

Clinicians, social workers, and care teams may also contact us to discuss potential referrals on behalf of patients.
